Caprici Beach Hotel & Spa, Santa Susanna

While the hotel has a fabulous beachfront location and the rooms are well-kept, the overall experience was marred by consistently poor food and unhelpful service. The amenities were underwhelming and did not meet expectations for a spa hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of variety in dining options left a lot to be desired, and the service could use a significant improvement.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, primarily because of its lovely beachfront spot and the beautiful sea views from my room. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the evening entertainment to be lacking, and the dining options didn't quite impress me. Overall, it offered good value for what I paid, even with a few minor drawbacks.
